How to apply for a program

The Province of Ontario has municipalities creating a central application and registry for all families seeking licensed child care (centre based, school based, home child care) eliminating the need to contact multiple child care providers and complete multiple applications. If a child care provider is not listed, they are either not licensed under the DNA, are not an accredited recreation program or do not have a service agreement with your municipality.
In Windsor:

Proper documentation includes: Health Card, Immunization Record, and any legal documents pertaining to your child.
